  • Changed Funding Request approval process to capture anticipated impact of programs/projects (vs. just amount of money sought by departments/divisions).

  • Consolidated the Annual Campaign letters with program marketing materials for reduced expenses, increased efficiencies and improved customer service.

  • Worked with committees to curate and present FFRPL's Legacy programs: Books Sandwiched In series of reviews, Tuesday Topics, and annual Sokol H.S. Literary Awards
