Shifted the focus of Tuesday Topics to highlight Library programs and services, utilizing the archived live-streamed talks as marketing collateral to further educate patrons and funders about the Library.

Led FFRPL's/RPL's participation in the Fringe Festival 2016-2022; served as Venue Manager.

Oversee FFRPL's/RPL's involvement in community partnerships, such as Rochester Reads events through Writers & Books (2014 - 2022) and the Anthony Mascioli Rainbow Dialogues with the Rochester Rainbow Union (formerly the Out Alliance).

Serve on the Marketing Team for Central Library and City Branches.

Serve on Central Library's Program Team and Exhibits Team.

Volunteered for the 2020 Task Force charged with creating the Library's online antiracist resource guide Understanding Black Experiences.

Create and implement a fully integrated marketing plan across all platforms.

Write all copy for brochures, flyers, ads, annual reports, social media, e-newsletters, and web site.

Initiated FFRPL's first-ever annual report. Serve as project manager for the report each year.
